You have 60 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on greetllstore.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact GREETLLSTORE Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can't be returned.
And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
How To Return
Steps are easy to follow:
- If you would like to make a return, please contact our customer service. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package.
- Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice.
- Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your PayPal account or credit cards account. if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
